Victoria Bickar

Administrative Assistant

I grew up in Parkersburg, West Virginia, graduating from Parkersburg High School in 2001.I attended WVU-P and in 2005, I started my career in the banking industry.  Throughout the past twenty years, I have ventured into all aspects of banking - from being a teller to a customer service representative.

In 2017, I was presented with the opportunity to transition to the brokerage field. I started in an operations department and there I learned the ins and outs of the brokerage world. I focused my time and energy on learning the best practices to ensure a smooth process for the financial representatives I was working with.

My drive to work more closely with customers led me from operations into an assistant role. I was able to directly help not only the representatives, but their clients as well. I was responsible for opening new accounts, recording transactions, assisting clients and advisors with trades and money movements.  I became well versed in establishing individual and joint accounts as well as IRA’s, trust, custodial, and corporate accounts.

In 2020, my family and I relocated to Pennsylvania, but I had to stay true to my West Virginia roots, and continued working out of Wheeling, West Virginia with Scott Molina. The move has been wonderful for my family. Me, my husband and two boys spend a lot of our free time on the Montour Trail, visiting the science center, going to different festivals, and recently had our first Steelers football game. When I am not in the office, I spend time with my family, friends, and our fur-babies.

When I was presented with the opportunity to join the team at Ohio Valley Wealth Management, I did not hesitate. I knew my operations and client service knowledge would be a great fit for a firm and advisor, whose primary objective is to ensure the absolute best for the customer.

I look forward to working with you and assisting, even in a small way, with helping you fulfill your financial goals.
